About

After studying Electrical Engineering in South Africa, Colin spent his time working for both the SABC (South African Broadcasting Corporation) and a private facility (Chroma Television).

Colin emigrated to Australia in 1987 and worked for various facilities, before starting The OB Group in 1992. The company is now in its 18th year of operation.

With a total of 33 years in broadcasting Colin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the broadcast industry.

Colin has been married since 1982 and has 2 boys - aged 22 and 18.

Interests

Colin has a passion for flying light aircraft. With the holder of an unrestricted pilots licence since 1984, Colin spends his spare time in the air. He is also the owner of a Beechcraft Sierra aircraft VH-ISM.
